About Me

     I would like to introduce myself,  my name is Trisha Douglass. I have been married for more than 30 years to a wonderful husband and we have 3 beautiful daughters. I have been a registered nurse for almost 30 years and in that time I have done many things in the professional world of nursing.
I have discovered in the last couple of years that traditional western medicine is not the only way to heal. There are many dimensions in the healing process. Holistically we are emotional, spiritual, mental and physical beings, all of which have the need to be given attention and care to grow and sustain. 
As I began exploring my own personal well-being I became interested in some different ways of healing myself and others. Reiki energy healing, Crystals and Nurse Coaching.
All of this is how Blissfullyou Co. went from a need of my own self care to a dream of helping others to the reality of starting this company.

Reiki is a mindful, natural energy healing process. 
It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, and relaxation that also promotes healing. ​
